In some cases it is particularly wise to consider the issue of property settlement between the future spouses, and to potentially conclude a prenuptial agreement. If one decides to terminate the marriage, we arrange all of the acts required for divorce for the client. We often manage to achieve an undisputed divorce, which substantially decreases the costs for court proceedings and in some cases does not even require the appearance of the divorcing spouses before the court.
