Choosing the right legal representative is an important condition for the due application of process rights for a participant in court proceedings (plaintiff and defendant alike).

Court rules are strict. An unrepresented participant may lose in court proceedings simply for formal reasons (e.g. incorrectly drafted lawsuit, insufficient affirmation of decisive facts or insufficient identification of evidence to prove them). The task of the attorney is to not only properly assess the client’s interests, but also to promote them before the court using an effective and suitable procedural tactic.

Within representationin court proceedings and procedural law, we focus particularly on the following areas:

  • preparation of lawsuits and responses to lawsuits
  • preparation of regular and extraordinary remedial measures (protest, appeal, lawsuit for nullity, petition to renew proceedings)
  • preparation of constitutional complaints
  • representationbefore courts of all degrees including the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic and the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic
  • incidental disputes
